On the anniversary of the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897… it’s fitting to review a bottled in bond bourbon.
You might not yet have heard of Old Glory Distilling, but based on what’s in my glass… it’s probably time that you familiarize yourself with them. They’ve been putting out their younger and lower proof whiskeys for a few years, but now have bottled in bond… and this is delicious! They’ve been entering their younger stuff in the ACSA competition for a few years, but this bottled in bond just took their highest medal… and it’s hard to argue against it.
This is really good bourbon that is rather balanced on all fronts. I think the MSRP is quite fair.
