Nose 👃: Buttercream frosting. Oak. Milk chocolate. Honey.
Palate 👅: Leather. Peach. Black walnut. Caramel. Slightly grassy. Medium viscosity. Definitely drinks warmer than you’d expect for 94°.
Finish 🏁: Leather. Wheat bread. Black pepper. Dry. Medium-long in length.
Overall thoughts? This is my first experience with Heritage outside of BSB… and I’m rather pleased. This is a delicious single barrel bourbon.
