Nose 👃: Caramel. Strawberry. Dark chocolate.  Rye spice. Earthy.


Palate 👅: Buttered toffee. White pepper. Brown sugar. Nutmeg. Slightly earthy. Oak.

Oily mouthfeel.


Finish 🏁: Nutmeg.  Brown sugar. Cinnamon. Oak. Very long in length.


Overall thoughts?  It’s a fantastic time when New Hampshire has 10 year old whiskey.  Good things are ahead!  This is an incredibly enjoyable bourbon.  I enjoy earth my bourbon… and this hits the spot for me.
