Nose 👃: Ripe banana. Oak. Menthol. Juicy Fruit gum. Cloves.
Palate 👅: Ripe banana. Buttered toffee. Milk chocolate. Espresso. Thin mouthfeel.
Finish 🏁: Ripe banana. Bubble gum. Light oak. Medium in length.
Overall thoughts? It’s good rum… and it’s nice to encounter good rum that was distilled in the Continental USA. Arizona isn’t high on my list of places where I’d expect to find good rum, yet here we are. It’s definitely worth your attention.
